Effective Date: Upon purchase of retreat admission

This Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your purchase of tickets and participation in the in-person retreat hosted by Gogo’s International LLC (the “Retreat Organizer”). By purchasing admission, attending the retreat, or using any retreat-related materials, you (“Retreat Participant”) agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. Please read carefully.

1. Event Overview

The Retreat is an in-person educational event focused on real estate, entrepreneurship, and business growth strategies, hosted and led by Gogo.

Participation provides access to live training sessions, networking opportunities, and related retreat programming as advertised on the event website. Each ticket purchase applies only to the specific event date purchased; future events require separate registration and payment.

2. Acceptance & Payment

By confirming your reservation and submitting payment, you:
• Authorize Gogo’s International LLC to charge your payment method for the retreat fee corresponding to your selected package.
• Agree to all terms outlined in this Agreement, including refund, cancellation, and conduct policies.

Retreat fees vary depending on ticket type and package selection.

3. Deliverables & Benefits

Depending on the ticket level purchased, participants may receive access to:
• Entrepreneurial and real estate training sessions
• Business systems, tools, and resources shared by the Organizer
• Networking opportunities with peers and industry professionals
• Premier/VIP participants only: Private coaching and/or additional exclusive sessions

4. Content & Intellectual Property

All retreat content, including presentations, materials, training methods, tools, and intellectual property, belongs exclusively to Gogo’s International LLC.

Participants agree not to record, reproduce, distribute, or sell retreat materials or share confidential strategies without prior written consent. Participation grants you access for personal, educational use only.

5. Confidentiality

Participants may receive confidential business information, strategies, and discussions. By attending, you agree to keep all such information private and not disclose it to non-participants, except as explicitly authorized by the Organizer.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy
• Please be advised that all tickets are final sale. In the event of illness, personal circumstances, natural disasters (including hurricanes), or any other unforeseen situation, tickets will not be refunded. However, if you are unable to attend the event, your ticket may be transferred to a future event.

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

• Canceling does not relieve you of this Agreement, but ensures no future recurring charges (if applicable) will be made.

7. Participant Conduct

The Organizer is committed to creating a safe, supportive environment. By attending, you agree to:
• Abide by all retreat guidelines and instructions from staff.
• Refrain from disruptive, disrespectful, or unlawful behavior.

The Organizer reserves the right to remove any participant from the retreat at its sole discretion. Removal for misconduct will not entitle the participant to a refund.

8. Earnings Disclaimer

This retreat provides education, strategies, and networking opportunities. However:
• No specific results or earnings are guaranteed.
• Success depends on your actions, efforts, and circumstances.
• Any financial examples referenced are for illustrative purposes only and should not be interpreted as promises of income.

9. Legal Disclaimer

Certain strategies and methods shared in this event may not be applicable to every state and/or country and/or brokerage. These are the strategies and methods that Gogo uses in the state of Florida at my brokerage to get results. Always double-check with your local laws and/or with a licensed professional (such as an attorney, CPA, or broker) to ensure the information applies to your specific situation before taking action.

By virtue of interacting with this site and/or any of our material, you agree to do your own due diligence and hold harmless Gogo Bethke and her associates, affiliates, controlled entities, and entities under common control for any outcome that results from implementing action(s) recommended in our material.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
• The Organizer and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation, including but not limited to business losses, injury, or third-party conduct.
• Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the retreat is to discontinue participation.

11. Privacy Policy

Your personal information will be handled according to the Organizer’s Privacy Policy, available on the retreat website. By participating, you consent to such use. The Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time; continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
